Welcome to Cinco de Mayo - Concert in the Park 2010! This year’s event will be a celebration of music, contests, and family-oriented traditions, featuring Hispanic foods, crafts and entertainers from the Gulf Coast of Texas.
Proceeds from Cinco de Mayo - Concert in the Park will finance college scholarships for our youth, the future of Victoria.
