All forms and fees must be in the Chamber office by April 18, 2008. If your registration form and money is not in by this date your space will be forfeited. Any cancellation must be made by April 18, 2008 for partial refund.. Make check or money order payable to Victoria Chamber of Commerce. The Noche En Old Victoria Committee will screen all entries and all products deemed unsuitable for a “Noche En Old Victoria” booth will not be allowed and fees will be returned. Enclosed with this registration for are the requirements for food vendors operating within the Victoria City limits and a copy of the City of Victoria Environmental Health Inspection form. VERY IMPORTANT!A temporary permit will have to be obtained from the City of Victoria Environmental Health Department, 2805 North Navarro. Please call 361-578-6281 for more information.

Note: · All food vendors are required to pay a refundable $50 cleaning deposit, payable by cash or money order. Please provide separate payment for booth fees and cleaning deposit. The deposit will be refunded by check to the vendor after the event and only after verification of the cleanliness of the booth location. Vendors leaving the event early will not receive a deposit re-imbursement.· Vendors are NOT permitted to sell American-made soft drinks, any brand of alcoholic beverage or water of any brand. Failure to adhere to this operating principle will cause the vendor to forfeit their booth sales and to shutdown operation.
